SOCIAL CLASSES

In UK here are three types of classes among people. Working class, middle class and upper classes. An individual defining the way how teachers change life of a working class girl to pretend to be an upper class.
In this video there are 4 main character three are those who are trying to change posture of a girl and make her to be look like upper class girl and one is working class girl. They taught that how to sit in a party, and how to behave in party of upper class. They taught that how to hold a campaign glass and how to prounonciate by a good accent and at last she got how to do all these things. In this video it is mentioned that   people can judge one another that from where the another person belongs to. Teachers also taught about the difference between the words that which is formal and which is un formal and how to sit in a party to seems like a educated and upper class person. People have to behave reserve in upper class parties or gathering which had been taught to this girl also and teacher taught her way of laugh as well. She changed her way of life and way of sit as well.

Media (NEWSPAPER)


Newspaper is one of an object of media which is used to deliver news to others. In UK here are two types of newspaer one is broadsheet and other one is tabloid. It is made by print media. Print media is an organization or company which is making newspapers and magazines. Few types of tabloid news papers are Daily Star, Sun, Daily Mirror etc. Newspaper which are known as broadsheet newspaper and which are formal newspaper as well are Daily Telegraph, The Times, The Guardian etc.
Tabloid are not looks to be formal and it has enough photos, colors and entertainment news but broadsheet does not have it. In broadsheet there is not more photos, less use of colors and seems to be formal.
 For distinguish between tabloid and broadsheet each classmate got task from teacher. For this task an individual put three newspaper of same date which was 6th may 2011. The newspaper which an individual consider are The Independent, South Wales Echo and Western mail.  All of them have different headlines to each other like South Wales echo had RIDSDALE IN COURT OVER GOLDEN TICKET PROMOTION. Western mail had PARTIES IN SECRET TALKS AS POLL VERDICT UNFOLDS. The Independent had about A MOMENT OF CLOSURE. Among these three newspaper two are broadsheet Western mail and The Independent while one is South Wales echo which is mostly tabloid.

Crime and Punishment


 Crime means the factor which goes against the law or in other words the factor which is illegal is crime. Punishment is given by a government or head of organization to the people who do crime. In UK the most common crimes are joy-riding, juvenile it is a crime which is mostly done by the young people. It is not only common in the UK but it is common in an individual hometown as well.
The best way to deal with joy-riding and vandalism are community service and rehabilitation. The political activists have no right to break the law because the low set up for all society level. These types of crime makes not good views for the people who are came from the other country to visit or to live. The UK government is so strict with the people who drink and drive because this thing is not fair with the people who are sincere with the law and when people drink and drive it may be danger for the others safety. The main question is that smoking cannabis is a criminal offence? Yes it is in public place.
In conclusion, laws of the UK is so organized which is totally against to any sort of crime.

The National Health Service







NHS(National Health Services) is a health organization which was born in 5th july 1948. NHS was started by Aneurin Bevan. Aneurin Bevan was an Welsh politician and he started NHS from Park hospital which is situated in Manchester. Aim of this hospital is to brought hospitals, nurses, doctors, dentist, pharmacy etc in one platform. Actually their aim to make people healthy and well.
Benefits for join NHS are that the treatment is free for the people who are living in the UK but they have to enroll in GP( general practician). Place where patient have to contact first is also GP whenever they fell unwell they can go there and get treatment. NHS also provides traveling cost to the patient who traveled for the treatment to the other hospital but person can not claim if person is going to hospital for visiting someone.
NHS is a good organization which is helpful for all the people who are living in the UK either they are citizen or they are only residence.

    Sports

    Sport is a thing which makes the person physically and psychologically strong. Few people played it for an enjoyment and few people are used it as a profession. This blog is based on sports which are played in the UK.
    Firstly, the essential factor in sport is taking part rather than to win. In Britain their are so big events of different sports which also contain cricket. In Britain, here are 4 nations and every nation have different traditions, clothes, sports etc. Cricket is a national game of England. likewise national game of Wales is rugby, national game of Scotland is Golf and national game of Ireland is gealic games. Ireland does not specified anyone of the game.
      Cricket is one of the famous sport of the world which is played in many parts of the world. Cricket has a team which contain 11 people. Cricket match can be played between two teams. Cricket world cup has been played recently in Asia which contains 14 teams and the team which became a champion is India. Cricket has many special events like World cup, the ashes and T20 world cup. In cricket their are 3 sorts of matches T20, One day international and test match.

    The Welfare System

    The Welfare system is a system which gives financial support to the people who are needed for an appropriate reason.The Department of work and pension (DWP) is a source which is helping people and it is a government organization. This organization helps the peoples who are retaired, disable, and the people who are doing efforts for searching job etc.
    The official age of retirement in the UK for men is increased from 65 to 68 and age of women is increased from 60 to 66 but this is eligable for those womens who are born before 1950. One another law is already applied from 11 April 2011 is that majority of working age benifits is increased 3.1 percent with this law pension is increased as well. In the UK here are so many facilities for job seeker which is known as job seeker allowances. The DWP supports the person who is job less and finding for job. Person should have to be 18 or over for getting job  seeker allowances but in some special cases government can give this benefit to 16 and 17 years old person.The DWP also support the pregnant working women from maternity benefits. This is eligable for the person who are employed, but not eligible for Statutory Maternity Pay registered self-employed and paying Class 2 National Insurance contributions (NICs), or hold a Small Earnings Exception certificate. This DWP is supporting through money for the childrens as well. It gives 20.30 pounds for the eldest and rest of the child it assests 13.40 pound.
    DWP is a responsible organistion which is helpful for the people and supports people in queries as well.
